This video will show you how to go online and offline to be able to accept VRI calls when you are available. For example. You can be editing times, accepting assignments, etc. while signed into your account, but not be ready to accept calls. You can be ONLINE but UNAVAILABLE. The oppisite is true as well. You can be watching TV and have your status ONLINE and AVAILABLE, and if a call comes in then your computer will ring and you can accept the unscheduled VRI call.
